SUGGESTED USE
1-2 capsules a day will give you an effective dose for wellness, but higher therapeutic doses should be well tolerated. Curcumin is fat soluble, so taking it with a fatty meal will improve absorption. Curcumin can be taken at any time. Try to find the best schedule to help you take it regularly.
